will support live broadcasts as an on-site producer- studio and media manager will peiodically update accordingly.
📑 The Station Producer oversees the day to day management of the radio station and its broadcast functions
📑 The role is
fundamental to ensuring the services provided runs smoothly and can support a wide range of people to produce and broadcast their content on our radio website/social media platform.
We will support live broadcasts as an on-site producer and studio manager, overseeing the production workflow for FM and online
simulcasts and providing tech support.
Undertake post-production of content to create ‘play on-demand’ content/podcasts for distribution on the RTM.FM website
• Oversee the maintenance of the studio, ensuring all tech is maintained to a high standard, ready and in working order • Ensure the station contributors and all content adheres to broadcast legal frameworks and best practice.
• Provide post-production support, advice and guidance for radio programme contributors where necessary including for pre-recorded content. • Manage the RTM.FM website, updating content and maintain the site's programme.
• Liaise with contributors, subscribers to support studio access,
scheduling and any queries.
