I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist as well as NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist dedicated to helping my clients boost their fitness and get moving. With 3 years experience in this field, I’ve helped many men and women overcome the odds and adjust their mindsets to achieve their fitness goals. In addition to helping people with postural distortion, I’ve helped others to enhance their performance and stamina, lose weight, gain strength and improve flexibility. I’m also well experienced with any sport- specific training and follow the Optimum Performance training model.
